As a trainer, I created The Subtle Body Method to bring together functional mobility, muscular development, endurance, cardio, and weight training into one cohesive and intelligent system. My approach recognizes the full spectrum of the body's needs,ensuring that every session builds strength, resilience, and balanced movement patterns. I focus on eliminating the common imbalances that come from one dimensional training , helping clients avoid false progress and instead build real, sustainable results. My sessions are challenging, informative, and grouded in a deep understanding of how the body moves.
